Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, including the Distance Selling Regulations. They are designed to ensure that Craftworld customers can shop with us in safety and security. For your own reference, please feel free to print and keep a copy.
Craftworld reserves the right to discontinue or change products and pricing without notice. Errors in pricing on the website are not binding and may be adjusted at any time.

PRODUCT DETAILS
Every effort is made to ensure accurate information and descriptions. However, we will not be held responsible for errors or omissions displayed on product price or details in our online catalogue. All colours of products shown on this website are intended for use as a guide and are not guaranteed to be accurate, as we have no control as to how they will display on your computer.

Product Suitability:
We make no claim or guarantee as to the suitability of products such as: ribbons, cords, ropes, threads, yarns, needles, pins, zips and all other craft or sewing related sundry products.
Any information given about these products relating to suitability of use is meant as a guide.
We have no control as to how these products are used. Therefore, it is left to the end user to establish suitability of purpose and in particular where; safety, strength, colour fastness, fade resistance and flame or fire retardant properties are of concern.

Availability of Goods
While we endeavour to hold sufficient stocks, we do not guarantee availability of any product shown on our website. If you have an urgent requirement please call on 028 90249000 and our staff will be happy to help.
If your order has an item out of stock : the available part of your order will be dispatched by the method selected, and the remainder will be put onto back order to be dispatched when stock arrives by 1st class post.

Delivery Schedule UK & Ireland
Normal delivery costs £2.95 - or FREE for orders over £40.00 - Your order will be sent by Royal Mail, orders sent this way normally arrive in 3 to 5 working days - however this can vary dramatically during busy posting times, or when Royal Mail have disruption due to strikes, weather etc.
However, large parcels may attract additional shipping charges, in which case, we will contact you via email requesting an additional payment.
You will be given the option to cancel your order and we will refund any payments you have already made should you not find the additional charge acceptable.

Ordering from Overseas.
At the present time we are only delivering to UK & Ireland. We intend to expand into Europe in the not too distant future.

Prices shown in our online catalogue include VAT (sales tax)

Returns Policy
14 day money back guarantee.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased via our Online Catalogue, you may return it for a refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom

You must let us know
The Customer must inform us of any intention to return the item / items within 7 days of receipt of the goods either by phone or email.
Where items have arrived damaged in transit, the customer must inform us about this within 24 hours from receipt of the goods.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
Craftworld will arrange collection of goods and pay the return carriage cost if: the item / items were found to be faulty, transit damaged or if the item was sent in error.

Dislike, or unhappy with your purchase, goods ordered by mistake.
With the exception of items that were delivered and found to be damaged or faulty.
The customer will pay the return carriage cost if the item was ordered in error, or if the customer simply does not want the goods. Under such circumstances, where valuable items are being returned, it is advisable that customers should opt for insured shipping, as Craftworld will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to goods returned for refund. Refunds will only be issued upon safe receipt of the goods being returned.

Must be unused and in new condition.
With the exception of items that were delivered and found to be damaged or faulty:
Goods being returned for a refund must be unused. They must also be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

Refund payments.
Where payment has been made by credit / debit card, monies refunded can only be applied to the card which the customer used to make the original purchase.
For security purposes, we may need to contact the customer to verify details. Under normal circumstances refunds will be credited to customers within 5 business days of returned items being safely received back at Craftworld

Pack Carefully
Please ensure that you carefully pack any items being returned to us.
As the sender; the customer is responsible for the return carriage and we will not cover the cost of goods that get damaged in transit on their way back to us.
